Customer will authorize work to be done along with the necessary materials needed. Customer agrees that United Transmission LV is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of accident, fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control.

Customer grants United Transmission LV and our employee's permission to operate said vehicle on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and or inspection. During test drive(s) mileage may be added and gas consumption may occur. As the owner of vehicle, it is the customers responsibility to have current registration and insurance as stated by Nevada state laws
Customers acknowledges that time estimates may change depending on the shop's schedule and the availability of parts needed. Customer does not hold United Transmission LV responsible for any delays and acknowledges that United Transmission does not offer rental cars or rental car compensation.
*An express mechanics lien is hereby acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs mentioned.

Shop may ask for a deposit on parts to begin work.

** There will be a storage fee of $40.00 per day applied if vehicle is not picked up within two days of job completion.

***Estimates are an Approximation of charges to you, and they are based on information given to the shop and details of the work to be done. It is possible for misinformation and unexpected complications such as more damage than originally estimated, extra parts needed or other related components/systems that require repair to cause some deviation. If additional parts or labor are required, you will be contacted.

****. We try to inform customers of any issues with their vehicle but we only repair and are responsible for the parts/ systems as noted on your final invoice. If we did not charge for the part or charge to fix the exact issue on your vehicle, we ARE NOT responsible. For example, if you have other issues related to a transmission rebuild or repair such as engine or electrical issues unless we fixed those issues along with the transmission rebuild it is NOT our job to warranty these issues. For example, if we do an oil leak repair it has nothing to do with any engine noise and or engine performance.

This warranty will be void if related components/systems are not in working order (broke cables, any oil leaks, broke mounts, trouble codes present, etc) and if other repairs that are needed are not completed in a timely fashion. Vehicle needs to be within OE specifications for all the vehicle systems to perform as designed
Routine maintenance such as fluid and filter changes will NOT fix or repair any issues with your vehicle (will not fix a worn-out engine or a transmission with shift issues)

***** Transmission rebuild/ repairs and or replacement DO NOT include any diagnostic and or repair to other vehicle systems like electrical, computer, engine performance, traction control, etc. These issues are separate, but sometimes related issues that MAY NEED to be done along with a transmission rebuild/ repair and or replacement. As such there will be an additional charge.

For instance, poor engine performance and electrical or computer problems can affect a vehicle's transmission leading to erratic shifting or transmission failure.

******Transmission repairs/rebuild and or replacement DO NOT include computer programming, flashing, recalibration or relearning. This is a separate labor charge.

*******We are NOT responsible for Self Diagnostics or code scans from another source. When asked to change parts, rebuild a transmission, do a service, etc that is what we do. We CANNOT guarantee that what the customer asks us to do will solve the problem. Diagnostic fees start at $160

********If customers supply their own parts/fluids all warranty claims will be with Customers vendor. When United Transmission is only supplying Labor, no warranty is given or implied. All warranty

**All warranties are a local limited warranty unless specified otherwise. This warranty is for the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty will be void if related components/systems are not in working order (broke cables, any oil leaks, broke mounts, trouble codes present) and if other repairs that are needed are not completed in a timely fashion. Vehicle needs to be within OE specifications for all the systems to perform as designed. Warranty will be void for alterations/modifications, misuse, abuse, off- roading, racing and failure to follow manufacturer maintenance guidelines. The warranty will be void if you continue to operate the vehicle after any damage has occurred. All warranty work must first be brought to United Transmission LV to be done. Any work, alteration, modification, adjustments, etc performed by another repair shop/ persons not employed by United Transmission LV at time of warranty will void said warranty.
